1.6.1 is a maintenance release that fixes some minor bugs.

  • Fixed small bugs in the Did you mean -feature. (Thanks to John Blackbourn.)
  • Fixed the tf*idf weighing a bit in order to increase the effect of the idf component. This should improve results of OR searches in particular by giving more weight to rarer terms.
  • Fixed the WPML filter when working with multisite environment. (Thanks to Richard Vencu.)
  • Fixed (for real) a bug that created bad suggestion URLs with WPML. (Thanks to John Blackbourn.)
  • Fixed s2member support for s2member versions 110912 and above. (Thanks to Jason Caldwell.)

If all goes well, the problems with the auto-update are now gone. Fingers crossed…
